For more than two decades Jeff Penoyer has kept pace with the ever-evolving greenhouse industry, constructing retail, commercial, institutional, and privately-owned shade and greenhouse structures in 26 states from coast-to-coast. He is proficient in construction from the ground up, including layout, site work, and excavation, as well as concrete slab and footings construction, giving him a distinct advantage over other builders dependent on outside trades.
Belan Builders, LLC, was established in 2014, and has worked with multiple greenhouse manufacturers and suppliers. The company is able to customize products to meet the needs of each individual client, making every structure unique in appearance and function.
In addition to the construction of structures, Belan Builders also provides the installation of integrated mechanical and electrical systems, as well as hydroponics and irrigation systems. The electrical and control systems are installed by Rick Hefron of Sunshine Electrical, who is a licensed agricultural electrical contractor in numerous states and has over 20 years experience in the greenhouse industry.
